How do I order?
If you are placing an order, there are two options. An order can either be completed online or over the phone. If you require assistance with your order, call us on 0208 166 0710 and we will be happy to help.
To complete an order just go online, select the product you want to order and fill out the step-by-step process. Once payment is complete we will design your visuals, print your personalised confectionary and dispatch.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes. To complete your order over the phone, call our customer service team on 0208 166 0710. We are all able to advise you on all aspects of your order and process it manually over the phone.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept payment via paypal, credit/debit card and bank transfer.
Where can I see prices for different products?
To get prices, call us on 0208 166 0710 or fill out a quick quote form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, follow the steps on the product page and this will generate a quote for you.
Please remember that the order is confirmed once online payment has been made.
Do I get a proof before printing?
We always provide a proof and we don’t go ahead with the order unless you have sent us your signed approval.
What happens once I have placed my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from our production team. We will also provide updates on your order throughout the production process.
How does your confectionary get shipped?
Our sweets and chocolates are shipped via a tracked shipping service. Tracking information for your order will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
How do I know they are shipped?
We will send you the tracking information via e-mail once your order is dispatched.
I have inputted my details incorrectly, how do I change them?
Please call 0208 166 0710 ASAP and our team will be able to change the order for you.
What is the quickest delivery time?
When does the lead time start from?
Lead times always start once you have approved the artwork by email and payment has been made.
Is my artwork suitable for printing?
Our Preferred file format is as follows:
- ai – Adobe Illustrator CC or lower – vectorised files
- eps – Created in Adobe Illustrator CC or lower- vectorised files
Please send the above files as CMYK with flattened layers and text outlined. If applicable, please have all colours matched to PMS colours from the solid coated swatch palette.

Fonts / text
Some fonts may need to be supplied as we may not have them on file. Please make sure all vector text is outlined. Call us if you need assistance.
What if I don’t know what my font is called?
Once you have sent us your artwork, we will try and match a font as closely as possible. This will be confirmed with you before the production stage.
How do I find my Pantone?
There are a few ways to find Pantones. If you have Photoshop, you can use the colour picker to see the closest matching Pantone. Alternatively, you can find a coated Pantone chart and match the closest one. Finally, there are many websites that allow you to upload a file and then select a part of the image to match a Pantone.
What is the maximum file size I can send my artwork by email?
The largest file size we can accept via e-mail is 10mb. For larger files, please send via ‘WeTransfer.com’ to artwork@thebrandingteam.co.uk

What is the minimum order for confectionary?
This ranges from product to product but we will always attempt to accommodate you

Do I have to do my order through the website?
Not at all. Our customer service team are here to help so if you would rather call and go through the order with one of us over the phone, call us on 0208 166 0710
What if the system is having problems with my credit card?
Please call 0208 166 0710 and one of us will be able to process the payment over the phone.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
If you would rather pay via bank transfer this is no trouble at all. Please call or e-mail info@thebrandingteam.co.uk and we will send you the details..
What file format do you accept for artwork?
For artwork, we can accept file formats of AI or EPS vectorised file. If you do not have a vector file available, we can help you convert the file. The charge will vary depending on the complexity of the artwork.
If I need help with artwork what do I do?

What is your returns policy?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any custom orders that are printed correctly.
Should any goods be faulty, please inform us in writing within 3 days of receiving the goods and our customer service team will deal with this immediately.
What if I need something that isn’t on the website?
Please do call us on 0208 166 0710 We are a part of thebrandingteam.co.uk and have offices in the UK, Turkey and China where we produce all our promotional materials. These range from popular staples like t-shirts and pens to bespoke items. Always ask us – we have over 30 years’ experience in the industry and can fulfill most requirements.
What if I don’t have the correct format of artwork?
Please send over the artwork that you have available. We will then let you know if further materials or action is required. Please mail your artwork to info@thesweetteam.co.uk
How do I know how many colours are in my logo?
You need to email to us and we will tell you straight away. If there are lots of tones and colours in the artwork, then it will be full colour.
Can I have the product in any colour?
This will be down to the product and if its CMYK digital then we may be able to match as close as possible.
Can I print in any colour?
Our products can be printed in any Pantone colour. The match will always be as close as possible.
How do I know my payment has gone through?
When you go to the checkout page on Sage Pay, it will say paid. If you are having any issues, please let us know and we can clarify the status of your payment and order.
What do I do if my order does not arrive on time?
Please call us and we will resolve the issue for you. We use couriers which means your delivery can be tracked. Our deliveries are almost always on time, but please make sure you leave extra time just in case the courier takes longer.
Can I change my delivery address?
The delivery address can be changed if the items have not yet been dispatched.
If the order is already in production it will not be possible to change the order due to the nature of customisation.
What do I do if my order is faulty?
We pride ourselves on the high quality of our products, but every now and again something might not be right. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, give us a call or email us and we will provide a solution.
What do I do if the cartons are damaged?
We use couriers and whilst we do everything we can to ensure our couriers keep your cartons in the same condition as they leave, they are occasionally damaged in transit. If this happens to your delivery, please let us know and we will arrange a solution.
Do you offer other promotional products apart from confectionary?

We produce all your standard products such as power banks, pens, t-shirts and pens through to intricate bespoke items. We have offices in China, Turkey and the UK which means we can meet most lead times and budgets.
Do you ship out of the UK?
Yes, we do. Just let us know where you need them to go and we can ship wherever in the world. Send us your delivery address and we will let you know the shipping costs.
Can I deliver to more than one location?
This is possible. We charge for the different locations and each shipment is treated separately.
How long have you been producing confenctionary for?
The Sweet Team has been producing sweets and chocolates for over 25 years! There is very little we don’t know when it comes to manufacturing lanyards and promotional items. Our CEO Simon is happy to answer any question you may have.
